Hoekige plafondlamp Augustin met eenvoudige uitstraling en universele witte LED's, IP54
De LED plafondlamp Augustin is een van de functionele lichtbronnen die op zoveel mogelijk verschillende manieren kan worden gebruikt. Hij heeft een eenvoudige, hoekige vorm en is, naast het witte frame, voorzien van een diffuser van polycarbonaat met een even wit oppervlak die zorgt voor een gelijkmatige verdeling van het LED-licht. Natuurlijk kan Augustin ook in privé-ruimten worden gebruikt, maar hij is ook geschikt als technische verlichting voor commerciële doeleinden en openbare gebouwen. Er zij op gewezen dat dankzij de energiebesparende LED's helder licht schijnt, dat echter geenszins gepaard gaat met een hoog energieverbruik, maar juist met een laag vermogen.
De beschermingsgraad IP54 maakt het mogelijk de LED plafondlamp zelfs te gebruiken op plaatsen waar het vochtig kan worden, omdat er voldoende bescherming is tegen water.

Gives a very clear and bright light

I like the light. It's well made and is installed in a domestic kitchen in addition to under cabinet lights. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is that unit is white but the "foam" type seal is black and where the cable cutouts are this black seal is plainly visible. A better idea would be to have a white foam seal and no cable cut-outs as they're not needed. Should cutouts have been needed they could easily have been made by the installer. If being fixed to a ceiling, I'd recommend two people. One to hold the light whilst the second person is making the electrical connections. Apart from the black foam seal & the cutouts I am very pleased with my purchase.

Bright light in a 3x2 bathroom, preferably the light would be better suited to a taller room- 8ft+, it looks very clean in design and goes well with white furniture. Easy to wire and light weight when compared. With a flat ceiling and the foam sponge attached to the top of the light I have faith in having no issues with water ingress.

Looks great and fits snugly to ceiling or wall and this model provides plenty of light. Great for older houses where non metal Double Insulated lights are required. Used in this case for a small entrance hall but would suit other larger locations.

De plafondlamp geeftmeer dan voldoende licht in onze badkamer, we zijn er erg tevreden mee. En het oog wil ook wat, ons oog is gek van 'recht toe....recht aan'....:)
